Directions to Federal Bldg: Take I-40 to Knoxville, Take exit 388A/James White Pkwy, Take Neyland Dr. exit toward UT, Take Cumberland Ave. ramp toward Dwtn, Stay on Cumberland to Market St., Fed. Bldg. on left (behind Bijou). Allow at least one hour for drive.
